With new advances in marine technology and strong hulls from fiberglass integrated structural technology, Pro-Line made the 23 Express to exceed NMMA and Coast Guard specifications. The boat is made with fiberglass and high-density, closed cell foam coring.
The 23 Express has an 118-gallon fuel tank and a max of 300 HP. Other features include tilt upgrade with engine selection steering and a compass. The 23 Express was made to be extremely durable.
